We ship across Switzerland with Swiss Post (PostPac Economy), delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed before 12:00 leave the same day, Monday to Friday.

A case of 24 cans weighs 8.58 kg and travels as one parcel. A 12-pack weighs 4.33 kg.
Hand delivery
In Geneva, Lausanne and Valais, we deliver to venues ourselves. Write to info@kanan.ch to agree a date.
Damaged parcel
If cans arrive damaged, send a photo to info@kanan.ch within 7 days. We replace the order.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, food is not taken back once the parcel has been opened. An unopened parcel can be returned within 14 days of receipt: write to us before sending anything back.
