Terms of sale

1. Scope. These terms apply to all orders placed on shop.kanan.ch with KST Custom Drinks SA, Rue du Rhône 114, 1204 Geneva (“KANAN”). By placing an order, you accept them.

2. Customers. The shop serves private and business customers domiciled in Switzerland. For volume purchases, write to info@kanan.ch.

3. Conclusion of the contract. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. KANAN may decline an order, in particular if stock is insufficient or a price is obviously wrong; any amount already paid is then refunded in full.

4. Prices. Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are final prices. KST Custom Drinks SA is not registered for VAT. Shipping costs are shown before payment.

5. Payment. Payment is due when you order, using the methods offered at checkout. Payment data is processed by Shopify Payments; KANAN has no access to it.

6. Delivery. Delivery times and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Risk passes to the customer when the parcel is delivered to the address given.

7. Returns. Swiss law provides no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. KANAN nevertheless grants the return conditions described in its return and refund policy.

8. Warranty. A product that is defective or damaged on delivery is replaced or refunded if reported within 7 days of receipt. Cans should be kept away from heat and light and consumed before the date shown on the packaging.

9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, KANAN’s liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

10. Personal data. Data processing is described in our privacy policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction. Swiss law applies, excluding the Vienna Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
