Returns and refunds

Damaged parcel, wrong item or missing can. Write to us within 7 days of receipt at info@kanan.ch, with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund, at our cost.

Change of mind. Unopened cartons in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Let us know by email first; we will send you the return address. Return shipping is at your cost. Once we receive the parcel, we refund the price of the items to your original payment method within 10 days.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened cans or cans taken out of their carton cannot be returned or exchanged.

Original shipping costs are refunded only if the error is ours.
