Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland only.

Swiss Post — CHF 12 per parcel, free from CHF 50. Every order is packed within 12 business hours of receipt and handed to Swiss Post. Allow 1 to 2 business days in transit. A large order may ship in several parcels; the total is calculated at checkout.

If an item is offered as a pre-order, its shipping date is shown on the product page. You receive an email as soon as your order leaves.

On arrival

Check the parcel. If a can is damaged or something is missing, write to us within 7 days at info@kanan.ch with a photo. We replace it, no questions asked.
